Overview

By booking and participating in a firearms experience with Ready Aim Learn (RDL), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility Requirements

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if under 18.
• Participants must not be prohibited from handling firearms under any federal, state, or local law.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of check-in.
• All participants must complete and sign a safety waiver prior to the session.

2. Cancellation Policy

• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
• RDL reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or staff availability.
• If a session is canceled by RDL, participants will be offered a full refund or reschedule option.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Prices include range fees, supervision, and equipment use unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards or other approved payment options.

4. Safety & Compliance

• All participants must follow the instructions and safety briefings provided by RDL staff and facility personnel at all times.
• Personal firearms are not permitted during RDL experiences.
• RDL sessions are educational and recreational in nature and do not provide certification, licensing, or legal authority to carry firearms.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk

By attending, participants assume all risks associated with the activity and release RDL, its staff, and the host range from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

6. Media Consent (Optional)

Participants may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

You may opt out of any media use by informing staff prior to your session.

7. California Proposition 65 — Lead & Chemical Exposure Warning

RDL sessions are conducted in a professional range facility equipped with certified trauma kits and trained safety personnel.

Participants are advised to:

• Use all provided protective gear.
• Wash hands and face thoroughly after shooting or handling ammunition.
• Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking on the range.

8. Agreement

By booking and participating in an RDL experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including all safety warnings and liability provisions.
