General Questions
For your first lesson, you only need to bring yourself and comfortable clothing (avoid low-cut tops). We provide all firearms, ammunition, eye and ear protection, and any other necessary equipment.
No prior experience is necessary. Our beginner courses are designed specifically for first-time shooters. We start with the absolute basics in a comfortable, judgment-free environment.
We accept students aged 12 and older for our training programs. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will also participate in the training session.
We primarily use 9mm handguns for beginner training as they offer a good balance of control and manageable recoil. As students progress, we introduce other firearms including revolvers, rifles, and shotguns based on individual interests.
Safety & Procedures
Safety is our top priority. All RDL sessions take place in a professional range facility that follows strict safety protocols, including: 1:1 guided supervision during all live-fire sessions Mandatory safety briefings before each experience Clearly designated safe zones and controlled firing lines Use of unloaded firearms during demonstrations Facilities equipped with certified trauma kits and trained range personnel on site
Personal Firearms Policy RDL does not allow personal firearms during our experience sessions. All firearms used during RDL experiences are provided, maintained, and inspected by our team to ensure a controlled, safe environment for every guest. This policy helps us maintain consistent safety protocols, manage ammunition compatibility, and meet range and insurance requirements. By booking, you agree to comply with this policy.
